As an International Coaching Federation (ICF) Associate Certified Coach (ACC) I partner with individuals and organizations to strategically strengthen their resilience, broaden their awareness and step into their brilliance. As a coach, I offer clients a confidential space to learn of themselves. The collaborative coaching journey sanctions learning and development, allowing clients to identify specific outcomes and action steps to help reach their desired goals, be it personal or professional.
Since the beginning of my growth as a credentialed coach, I have facilitated ICF Competency Training (Communicating Effectively) for the Treasury Executive Institute (TEI)/IRS 2021 The Federal Internal Coach Training Program (FICTP), an ICF accredited program (Cohort 9); as well as serve as a Support Coach and Mentor Coach for the TEI)/IRS Federal Internal Coach Training Program (FICTP) and the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) FICTP, an International Coach Federation (ICF) accredited programs.
My passion for coaching has afforded me the opportunity to manage a youth group coaching program at the Hylton Boys & Girls club (Woodbridge, VA); teach lunch and learn session Coaching: A Journey of Possibilities for various chapters of the National Black Coalition of Aviation Employees (NBCFAE); serve as a speaker for the 45th and 46th NBCFAE Annual Training Conference, presenting The Passionate Pursuit of Your Life Fulfilled and The Power of Coaching. Session participants walked away with action steps to grow to the next level in their lives.
